I am successful on the outside but feel stressed and tense inside. Is that really a topic for coaching and mediation?
Yes. Many of my clients are outwardly successful and still feel constant pressure, anger, exhaustion or numbness inside.
We treat this not as a luxury problem, but as a sign that something in your system is off and wants attention. When you carry responsibility for a company and a family, your inner state directly affects your decisions, your health and your relationships.
What exactly is SystemEmpowering and how is it different from other coaching or mediation?
SystemEmpowering is a structured method to resolve emotional injuries and conflicts at the level of System Laws such as belonging, respect and fairness.
Instead of working only on changing behavior or communication styles, we go back to the situations where these laws were broken, resolve them at the root and then translate the result into clear agreements and concrete next steps. This makes the change deeper and more stable than a classic “tools and tips” approach. The best tools are worthless if people carry around unresolved conflict energy.
What does working together look like in practice?
We start with a first free conversation where you describe your situation and what goal you want to reach. From there we define a clear frame: individual sessions, mediation or a combination if needed.
Sessions usually last around 2-3 hours and can take place online or in person in Hamburg.
What kinds of situations and conflicts do you work with most often?
Typical topics are recurring conflicts between co-owners or siblings, tension between founder and successor, loyalty conflicts between family and company, and teams that are stuck in mistrust, protection and silent resistance.
I have already tried coaching, therapy, mediation and trainings. Things improved for a while, then the patterns came back. Why should this be different?
We do not only talk about the situation. We resolve it at the root and stabilize your system so that the change can last, instead of collapsing when stress increases again.
What exactly is SystemEmpowering?
We work with clear language, inner images and defined steps to restore belonging, respect, fairness and recognition in your system. The goal is that you regain power, clarity and calm and can lead and live from a stable foundation.
What are “System Laws” and why are they so important?
When these laws are broken, emotional injuries occur. If these injuries are not resolved, they later show up as stress, conflicts, anger, sadness, distrust, health issues or self-sabotage, both in business and in private life.
How is SystemEmpowering different from classic coaching, therapy or mediation?
SystemEmpowering connects these perspectives. We work at the deeper level of System Laws, resolve injuries at the root and to restore a healthy foundation so people can live, work, and grow together in a powerful and respectful way.
What kind of results do clients usually experience?
Typical results are less inner pressure, better sleep, more emotional stability and clearer decisions.
In companies this often shows up as more open communication, faster decisions, fewer conflicts, reduced sick leave and key people who stay instead of leaving. Many clients also notice that their family relationships become calmer and more supportive.
Less anger, sadness, fears and more strength, power and basic trust.
How long does a session last and how often do we meet?
Most one-to-one sessions last about 2-3 hours. For complex topics we can also work in half-day or full-day formats.
The rhythm depends on your situation and capacity. Some clients work very intensively over a shorter period. Others prefer a bit more time between sessions to integrate the changes into their daily life and leadership.
Do you also work with leadership teams and companies, not just one to one?
Yes. I work both one to one and with leadership teams, partner groups and whole companies.
Depending on your situation we may combine individual work with you as the owner or leader, mediation between key people and workshops or inhouse seminars for your broader team, so that the system can change together.
Do you work in English and German, and do you offer online sessions or only in Hamburg?
I am based in Hamburg and work both online and on site in the DACH region and internationally. Online sessions can be very effective when they are well prepared and are often easier to integrate into a busy schedule.
How do you structure your pricing and what is the return on investment for this kind of work?
Pricing depends on the format, for example individual sessions, defined processes, workshops or inhouse seminars. After the first conversation you receive a transparent offer with scope and investment.
The return on investment depends on how willing you or the people involved are in doing this work.
My standard rate for individual sessions is 350 euros per hour (plus VAT where applicable).
How confidential is the work we do together and what do you share with my company?
Confidentiality is central to my work. What you share in sessions is treated as confidential.
If your company or shareholders are paying, we agree at the beginning what will be shared with whom. Usually this is limited to the frame of the process and general progress, not your personal content, unless you explicitly want something to be communicated.
How can I get a feeling for whether we are a good match before I commit?
If it feels right for both sides, we define a clear next step together. If not, you still leave with more clarity about your situation and possible options.
