System Empowering  to Build and Maintain Systems Full of Power

Systems for us are couples, families, teams, organizations, businesses and even each individual with their ancestors.

System Empowering and System Laws

The basis for sufficient power in the system is the observance of and compliance with the ten system laws such as belonging, esteem and the balance between giving and taking.

If the system laws are violated, in the form of exclusion, lack of respect and injustice, the development and potential of the system is disrupted. People get scared, get angry and feel bad overall. This worsens the communication of those affected. Conflicts, demotivation, stress and/or health problems are the result.

THE SYSTEM LAWS AS THE FOUNDATION

In NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) there is a model of neurological levels according to Bateson and Dilts. I have extended this model by the system law level and turned it upside down.

The development of a system can take place on different levels.

However, if the system law level is violated (system law violations – SVO’s), this affects the higher levels (vision, identity, beliefs, skills, behaviour and environment).

Communication Model According to Dr. Bischop

The system law level is the foundation of communication. If a system law violations occurs, the relationship and factual levels are effected negatively.

Through System Empowering we prevent emotional injuries in a system and resolve them if necessary.

Thus, we obtain or bring the power (back) into the system and provide for the preservation of it, which allows for basic trust to develop.

System Law Violation Procedure

If a system law violation occurs, the first reaction is a bad feeling such as tension, pressure in the stomach, discord, heart palpitations, … Immediately afterwards aggression, anger or rage develops. These feelings arise immediately without any thought being given to them. That is why we call them basic feelings (feelings independent of thinking).

Third, we think about what just happened. Depending on how the person is shaped and what „glasses“ he or she is wearing, he or she will interpret in the event accordingly. This thinking also creates a physical feeling, which we call thinking feeling, because it is created by thinking and can be changed by thinking.

If this system law violation is not resolved, the involved parties will hurt each other again and again. This occurs unconsciously or even consciously.

 

Fear and Disease as a Result  

The basic feelings such as suffering, grief, fear and anger cannot be dissolved by thinking. Therefore, these basic feelings remain stored in the human being and rob energy. People then try to protect themselves from these accumulated feelings.

If anger is suppressed (capped), on the one hand it leads to the fact that humans become too soft in their behavior and on the other hand often tensions, illnesses or depressions are the result.

If the basic feelings of suffering, grief and fear are capped, these people behave too hard (everyone gets a little bit of anger) or choleric. Addictions are often used to suppress.

Normally people commute back and forth between too hard and too soft, because the cover/suppression cannot be maintained permanently.

Resolve System Law Violations

We have been developing the „PowerCode“ for resolving system law violations for years. There are five requirements to be met:

  • The responsible persons must be known
  • It used to be good enough between the persons
  • The persons still have enough power at the time of the first system violation (no major covered feelings)
  • The violation is addressed and resolved in a linguistically correct manner
  • The thinking / the thinking feeling (glasses) can be changed

Under the guidance of coaching or mediation, even complicated and long-standing conflicts and systemic violations can be resolved. This will dissolve anger, fear, etc., and the lid to suppress is no longer needed and the old power comes back.

OVER 20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AND DEVELOPMENT - EXPERIENCE THE EFFECT

We were and are looking for effective methods that not only uncover but also resolve the causes of problems and signals. And, of course, to apply them to ourselves.

In addition, we have the principle that once experienced suffering does not have to be experienced again during the process of our coachings. Our approach is to start where it was good before the cause, where all resources are still available. This also applies to conflict resolution / mediation.

Many different methods and our over twenty years of experience flow into the system of empowerment.

System Empowering is a combination and further development of Coaching, Mediation, NLP (Neuro linguistic programming), NVC (Nonviolent Communication), Systemic Constellation Work, Business Coaching and Integral Business Development in only one approach to solve conflicts and empower systems.

The development of the name System Empowering

About 2012 I wanted to give a name to the ancestor work and the extended method of re-imprinting. In exchange with Annika Dulige, Ellen Johannsen and others, the ancestor work would become the Genea-method (genealogy) and the extended new imprinting the method Empowering.

 In 2017 Randolph Moreno Sommer had the idea to give a name to all our work as coach mediator, company succession coach etc. His first idea was inspired by Russel Brunson System Hacker. My proposal was to turn Hacker into Empowerer. Randolph Moreno Sommer, Annika Dulige and Jan Schulz supported it. Since then, there has been the System Empowerer and the System Empowering and Empower Systems.
